Activities
Follow-up with buyer’s for opening of Letter of Credit according to placements of orders to the local factories.
Make sure the clauses of the L/C’s should be standardized and L/C should be Neat & Clean i.e. error free and please add clues on the L/C our company inspection certificate.
Provide projection for shipment at least 1 week prior to shipment to the concerned freight forwarders in order to book the space on the shipping line
Arrangements of Ocean as well as Air freight consignment with co-ordination of Buyer’s nominated freight forwarders.
Issue inspection certificate after completion of shipping document including Export Visas.
Provide the courier AWB # for both (Brokers as well as Bank’s)

Delivery dates should be followed as mentioned on the purchase order as well as on L/C’s.

No request will entertain for final inspection at the 11th hours.

The factory should strictly comply the shipping line Cut. Off. Time. Otherwise we are not responsible if the relevant container shutout and goods put on Air at factories expenses
Factory should complete the shipping documents within 12 days of shipments must be accurate and error free.

If customers require any type of Salesman Samples with all in actual like actual Fabric, Weight, Colors, Print, EMB, Trims etc. So we have no problem to making the samples but factory need to be cost of the actual development samples 1.5 % up times as per approved prices.

Or in-case if you require any type of samples in available ready fabrics / weight & colors, so we have no problem to make you without any cost but please keep in mind all the actual & available samples package courier charges like DHL, UPS, FedEx or if any account that should be on their Buyer account or either Miq Apparel.
